By installing or using StreamSave ("the extension", "the service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
StreamSave is a general-purpose media capture tool for your browser. You may use it to capture media content that is:

StreamSave does not support and cannot bypass DRM-protected content (Widevine, PlayReady, FairPlay, etc.). Attempting to download DRM-protected content will fail silently.
StreamSave does not support downloading from YouTube. Any YouTube URLs detected by the extension are intentionally blocked.
StreamSave Pro is sold through two checkout channels with different billing models, selected automatically based on your region:
(a) Payhip checkout (European Union, United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand): Monthly and Yearly are one-time purchases that grant Pro access for a fixed period (30 and 365 days respectively), calculated by our server from your purchase date. They do not renew or bill automatically and simply expire at the end of the period unless you purchase again.
(b) PayPal checkout (all other regions): Monthly and Yearly are auto-renewing subscriptions billed through PayPal at the start of each billing period. You can cancel at any time in your PayPal account under Settings > Payments > Automatic payments — cancellation stops future billing, and your Pro access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. There is no in-extension cancellation control; cancellation is managed entirely through your PayPal account. Alternatively, the PayPal checkout also offers one-time passes (30-day and 365-day) that do not renew and simply expire at the end of the period, like the Payhip one-time purchases.
The Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase on both channels and is covered in §6. Your license key is delivered by email after purchase.
StreamSave Lifetime provides access to Pro features for the lifetime of the StreamSave service. In the event of service discontinuation for any reason, no refund obligations will apply to Lifetime purchasers. We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 90 days' notice before discontinuing the service.
All plans (Monthly, Yearly, Lifetime) may be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase; for auto-renewing subscriptions this applies to each individual charge within 14 days of that charge. After 14 days, charges are non-refundable, with no proration. Refunding a subscription charge also cancels the subscription to prevent further billing. To request a refund within the window, contact support@streamsave.youriahn.com. EU/UK consumers: by choosing to start using the licensed features immediately you consent to immediate performance of the digital service; where a statutory 14-day withdrawal right applies, this refund window matches it.
This voluntary 14-day refund window is limited to one refund per customer. If you have already received a refund from us, any later purchase is final and is not covered by this voluntary window. This limitation applies only to our own goodwill refund policy and does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
StreamSave is not available for purchase or use in Germany due to local regulations (§ 95a UrhG). Circumventing this restriction via VPN or other means constitutes a violation of these Terms.
StreamSave is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the extension will work on all websites or with all media formats, as website structures change frequently.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StreamSave and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the extension.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of StreamSave after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
